Grand "soft opening" of Chakaa Tea Cafe in Newbury Park (Ventu Park in the Walmart/Walgreens center) took place on Saturday, September 4th at 2pm. They offer various teas...green tea. oolong tea, fruit tea, milk tea, boba tea, etc. Buy one, get one free during the soft opening says the sign.
