New Hooters Location Opens in Thousand Oaks on Mother's Day! Moms Eat Free!

Here is a follow-up press release to our previous post on April 30th regarding the Hooters of Thousand Oaks Grand Opening on Mother's Day 2012.

Thousand Oaks will become a little more attractive and a lot more fun when the Hooters of Thousand Oaks opens its doors May 13th.  Be one of the first residents of Thousand Oaks to experience the Hooters concept of great food and world renowned atmosphere.

Hooters of Thousand Oaks, located at 401 North Moorpark Road is the 15th location in Southern California and the first location in Ventura County.  Hooters, the well-known restaurant chain which features a casual beach-theme atmosphere, signature chicken wings and service provided by the All-American cheerleaders, will celebrate the new opening by offering MOMS a free meal all day on Mother’s Day.

“It is very exciting to have a location in the Thousand Oaks community.  We hope to become a thriving part of the local area and run a restaurant known for its great food and outstanding service,” said Chief Operating Officer, Rick Leukert.

The new 5,700 square foot location offers a state of the art television package with all TVs at 65 inches or larger and features two giant HD projection screens.  There is seating that can accommodate 230 guests, as well as 40 beers on tap.  Hooters of Thousand Oaks has employed over 125 residents including managers, cooks and Hooters Girls.

Hooters is involved with many charities and organizations nationwide and is excited to bring that involvement to Thousand Oaks.  In the past year, Hooters has donated over $8 million to causes nationwide through HOO.C.E.F, the Hooters Community Endowment Fund.
