Nothing Bundt Cakes is opening a new location soon at 2390 Las Posas Road in the Camarillo Village Square. Other local area locations in Thousand Oaks and Ventura. The name Bundt was originally trademarked by cookware manufacturer Nordic Ware in the 1950s. The Bundt cake became really popular when a Bundt cake called the "Tunnel of Fudge" took 2nd place at the 1966 Pilllsbury Bake-Off. Nothing Bundt Cakes was formed in 1997 by two moms in their Las Vegas home kitchens. There are now over 600 Nothing Bundt Cake locations in the U.S. www.nothngbundtcakes.com
Laidrey Coffee Roasters is coming soon to the Shops at Kanan Village (IHOP) in Agoura Hills at 5021 Kanan Road. Laidrey is the first female start-up roastery cafe in the San Fernando Valley, with locations in Tarzana and Encino. Learn more at laidrey.com.
Gelato Boutique is now open at the North Ranch Shopping Center (Trader Joe's/Ralph's - northwest corner of Westlake and Thousand Oaks Boulevards) next to the Daiso store in Thousand Oaks. They also have taiyaki, a Japanese waffle-like snack filled with cheese, Nutella or custard. Open 11 am to 7pm.
Mountain Mike's Pizza is now open at 754 New Los Angeles Avenue, Suite G2 in Moorpark. Mountain Mike's, which originated in Palo Alto in 1978, rolls its own dough daily and is home of the "legendary, crispy, curly pepperoni." Paradise Bowls is coming in the fall of 2025 to the spot formerly occupied by Sprinkles Cupcakes Westlake Village. Paradise Bowls offers acai and pitaya blended bowls with other fruits, non-dairy milks or juices, topped with fresh fruits, granola, and other goodies. Paradise Bowls operates locations in Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach, with a Marina Del Rey location coming soon. www.paradisebowls.com

Sprinkles Cupcakes at The Promenade at Westlake has seemingly vaporized overnight. Folks indicate seeing it open this past weekend. Today, there’s no so sign of Sprinkles on the building on The Promenade website and on the Sprinkles website. Sprinkles originally opened at The Promenade on October 30, 2013 in the spot next to Barnes & Noble. In December 2014, it relocated to the larger location and expanded its menu to include ice cream. Before Sprinkles, this spot was occupied by Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt.

Prince St. Pizza is coming soon to the Shoppes at Westlake Village. Prince St. Pizza serves Sicilian "SoHo" Squares and original Neapolitan pizzas with a New York slice shop experience. Available by the slice or whole pie. Prince St. originated in 2012 in New York City and has expanded to 15 locations, including Malibu, Studio City and other nearby areas.
