Burgerim located at the corner of Ventu Park Road and Hillcrest Drive has been closed several months.
This location is showing as “closed for relocation” on the Burgerim website .
It originally opened in March 2017.
Other locations currently open in Simi Valley, Camarillo and Ventura.

Chick-fil-A Simi Valley at 2460 Sycamore Drive will be opening its doors on Thursday, February 21, 2019.
Residents with valid ID showing they live in the following zip codes (91301, 91313, 91360, 93015, 93040, 93065, 91304, 91319, 91362, 93016, 93062, 93094, 91307, 91358, 91377, 93020, 93063, 93099, 91311, 91359, 91381, 93021, 93064) are eligible to participate in the opening celebration and a 12 hour First 100 Campout.
Registration for the First 100 Campout will begin at 6 pm on February 20th and the event will end at 6 am on the 21st. The restaurant opens at 6:30 am. This is a 12-hour campout.

The 12 Hour Campout works as foll
Fows. The first 100 people that arrive at 6 pm the day before the grand opening (most Campouts are 24 hours and begin at 6 am the prior day – the Simi Valley Campout is just 12 hours). If less than 100 people show up, your eligibility will be verified and you will be registered for the event. If more than 100 people show up, there will be a drawing to select 100 individuals and 10 alternates to participate.
You must then remain onsite for the next 12 hours and participate. Bring tents, sleeping bags, games, books, etc. for the overnight campout. You must stay onsite. You can’t sit in your car or switch places with someone else. You may also bring up to five guests, ages five and up. Rain does not cancel the event.
The next day, the chosen first 100 customers that participate int the event until 6 am will receive Chick-fil-A digital offer cards pre-loaded with 52 Chick-fil-A #1 meal per week for a year. Each meal contains a chicken sandwich, medium waffle fries and a medium drink.
Up until very recently this was a Haagen Dazs scoop shop at The Oaks.
Might be time to sell short sugar futures, as Cinnabon and Haagen Dazs at The Oaks shopping mall in Thousand Oaks recently closed their doors.

According to Oscar Flores of FoxLA, The Cheesecake Factory is opening its new location at The Collection at RiverPark in Oxnard on Tuesday, April 16, 2018, the day after Tax Day 2019.
They are currently accepting applications for hosts, bussers, servers, cashiers, line cooks, dishwashers, bartenders, dessert makers, stewards and prep cooks at www.cakecareers.com.

Famous Dave’s opened its 3rd Ventura County location at The Collection at RiverPark on December 18, 2013.
More recently, last month, Famous Dave’s closed it sole remaining Ventura County location - this very Oxnard location. It operated at The Collection for approximately five years.
The Simi Valley location closed in January 2016. The Thousand Oaks location (now home to Blaze Pizza and The Habit Burger), closed in January 2015.
That means, no more Famous Dave’s here in Ventura County. Perhaps not a big surprise, given its 3 out of 5 star rating in Yelp. That’s not particularly easy to do.
If you still have a hankering for Famous Dave’s BBQ, not to worry. It is available just 85 miles away from the Conejo Valley in Irvine. Or just 77 miles away in Rancho Cucamonga. Or if you’d prefer, there’s a Bakersfield location, which is about two hours away. www.famousdaves.com
I remember it well when SweetXO opened at the former Blockbuster Video location in the Twin Oaks Shopping Center, 5825 Kanan Road, Agoura Hills on April 1, 2012. The frozen yogurt, fresh baked items, candies, interesting assortment of gift items, made this store unique. They opened a second store at The Oaks Mall on Black Friday 2013 which subsequently closed I believe in the late 2015 time frame.
Well, the original SweetXO store closed its doors in January. They had a decent, nearly seven-year run serving the local community.
