The City of Oxnard invites the community to attend this year’s Veterans Day Ceremony in downtown Oxnard at Plaza Park, 500 S. C St., to honor all who have served our country, including those who are currently serving at home and abroad.
9 am – Veterans Parade will start at B St. & Third St. and will end at Plaza Park (500 S. C St.)
11 am – Outdoor ceremony will take place next to the Veterans Memorial at Plaza Park.
Studio Channel Islands presents its annual Holiday Art Market on Friday through Sunday, December 6-8, 2024. Hours are 6-9pm Friday, 11am-5pm Saturday and noon to 4pm on Sunday. Enjoy unique gift shopping this holiday season for your family and friends while browsing through 40 professional artists’ studios and additional guest vendors. The community is invited to join in celebrating veterans and current members of the military who have served our country and our community at the 25th Annual Malibu Veteran’s Day Public Ceremony, Monday, November 11, 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Malibu City Hall
The theme of this year’s event is “A Quarter Century of Honor.” Keynote speaker is Pat Boone. Program is 11am to 12:30pm. Refreshments 12:30-1:30pm.

The City of Westlake Village's 22nd Annual City Celebration will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 3pm to 8pm. Event will feature the White Oak Elementary Family Fun Fair, food trucks, craft beer, wine, family friendly activities, live performances, and more.

Gold Coast Veterans Foundation to host a Veterans Day Ceremony at the Ventura County Veterans Memorial at the corner of Victoria Avenue and Telephone Road in Ventura on Monday, November 11, 2024 from 11 am to noon.

To honor the men and women who serve in the United States Armed Forces, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library will be hosting its annual Veterans Day Event on Monday, November 11, 2024. The day’s activities include live musical entertainment, a civil war encampment, a military vehicle display and a program honoring all branches of our military.
The program, which begins at 11:00 a.m., includes an honor guard, live music, and a program that will be announced at www.reaganfoundation.org/programs-events/events-calendar/veterans-day-commemoration-2024. The event is free to attend; however, reservations are recommended.
The program includes an honor guard, live music, and a program featuring keynote speaker United States Marine Chief Warrant Officer-4 Randy Gaddo (Ret.). In 1983, Randy Gaddo was in Beirut, Lebanon with the 24th Marine Amphibious Unit, as part of a multination peacekeeping force. He was there in October 1983 when terrorists drove a truck bomb into the U.S. barracks, killing 240 U.S. Servicemen. Being one of the lucky ones to not be hurt, he was part of crew who helped look for survivors, clean up the bomb site, and retrieve the bodies of those who lost their lives.
